The Evaluation & Affiliation Process

1. Submission & Vetting
Upon submission of the formal application, the Academic Review Panel conducts a rigorous evaluation of the institution’s profile and credentials within 3–5 working days.

2. Institutional Verification
Upon successful approval, the Secretariat issues an official International Institutional Membership Certificate, a unique Membership Number, and the authorized digital insignias required for official institutional identification.

3. Registry Integration
Approved institutions are formally registered and indexed within the Global Partner Directory to ensure cross-border transparency and credential verification.

4. Strategic Collaboration
Following official registry integration, the relevant international departments initiate dialogue with the institution to establish joint certifications, partnership tracks, and long-term academic initiatives.
